30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With original tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

The return address will be provided once your return request is approved.
Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it.
Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the item you have.
After the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, a refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
