Refund policy
We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The return address will be provided once your request is approved.
If your return is accepted, you will need to send the item back to us. Postage for returning the item must be paid by you, unless our support agent instructs otherwise.
Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be refunded or returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must still be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and you must include proof of purchase.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
